Itinerary

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for overnight. After taking a mandatory covid result.

This morning you will be picked from the hotel after receiving covid-19 test results and drive for a city tour by visiting the genocide memorial site among others, have lunch and later drive to Volcanoes national park, Evening visit Iby’iwacu traditional cultural center, be entertained by local dancers, Meet the Ex-poachers, see how they used to kill animals for meat, target shooting using arrows and spears. Retiring to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Driving time: 2-3 hours

Take your breakfast and head to the park headquarters with packed lunch to be briefed about the dos and don and don’t while with the gorillas then proceed to track the gorillas while not avoiding sights and sounds of birds present in this forest. After the remarkable adventure with the gorillas, you will be transferred back to Kigali reaching in the evening and then transfer to the airport for your outbound flight back home or to your next destination.
